May 28 Update

Project Advance 2015 – As a Parish family we continue to reach out and ask for your participation in this year’s Project Advance Appeal. This past week six more families made a gift to Project Advance. Thank-you for your gifts! Now ‘95’ of our Parish families have made a gift to this year’s appeal. Thank-you for your goodness and response to the Lord’s call to reach out and make the presence of Jesus very real in our parish and community! I am hoping that every one of our families will consider what a gift made to Project Advance means within a society that hungers for the touch of God?

This Appeal is crucial to the Church’s Mission of providing ‘ministry’ that enriches and transforms the lives of all Catholics and countless others… It helps our particular Parish here at Immaculate but also helps our Archdiocese to do Ministry beyond our Parish. All ‘Ministry’ is an encounter that recognizes the face of Jesus within the faces of our brothers and sisters – especially helping the most vulnerable by providing guidance, shelter, food and love to those who are homeless, marginalized and in special circumstances. In our own way each of us are in need of the touch of God upon our family, life and relationships. If you have not made a gift to project advance as of yet – please remember that every gift is important – every gift made touches a life, restores a soul through care, love and Real Presence… perhaps the giving of a gift will bring the blessing we seek… the blessing of God and joy is given to one with a kind and generous heart…
